Our customized, professional International Artist-in-Residence Programs are the largest and most reputable in Latin America, with an array of contents anchored in a solid structure of collaborations with prominent cultural institutions, renowned experts, and notable artists.

BEATCAVE is focused on providing innovative experiences for producers, engineers, and artists. We have done several events with notable music industry professionals that help give feedback, advice, and opportunity.

ART RESIDENCIES - ARTE LAGUNA PRIZE 

Arte Laguna Prize offers a program of art residencies in Italy and abroad in order to give artists the opportunity to experience a new culture, create new works and participate in new activities in multicultural environments. Thanks to the network of international collaborations. More than 75 art residencies have been realized in which the artists were selected directly by the partners of the Prize.

Arterra Residencies

ARTErra is a project hosting and encouraging interdisciplinary artistic creation trough artistic residencies. The residency comes from a need for physical spaces where artists can create, meet and reflect on the creative processes, and develop their work in an intensive and focused way. Set in Central Portugal, in the green and friendly village of Lobão da Beira, the residency is a rural and quiet place where to work.

Berlin Artists in Residence Program

The Artists-in-Berlin Program, Berliner Künstlerprogramm, is one of the most renowned international programs offering grants to artists in the fields of visual arts, literature, music and film. Each year, some 20 grants are awarded to international artists for an approximately one year stay in Berlin. The names of over 1000 former guests impressively underscore the quality of the program. In its more than 40 years of existence, it has made a significant contribution to the international representation of contemporary arts in Berlin.

Canada's Music Incubator 

Canada's Music Incubator is a national not-for-profit that empowers artists, managers and music industry entrepreneurs across Canada to build sustainable businesses through professional development programs, paid live performance opportunities and ongoing mentorship. CMI's Toronto-based Artist Entrepreneur and Artist Manager programs support emerging artists and managers in expanding their music business & entrepreneurial knowledge, building their networks, and developing the tools and confidence needed to run their businesses.

Farm Studio International Artist Residency 

Farm Studio International Artist Residency is located in a rural community in India. Residents stay and create in a quiet art centre and beautiful environment where they can develop their artwork free from accustomed distractions. Farm Studio residency provides three types of working spaces where artists can explore their art and ideas in the rural Rajasthani environment; at the Farm Studio indoor studios, the outdoor desert and farm environments, and in Andore Village. Here, collaboration and experimentation is encouraged. Relationships form between the artists coming from different countries and varied social, cultural, and artistic backgrounds. Many exciting exchanges and dialogues among artists take place, including scheduled artist talks, presentations, works in progress showings, etc. Farm Studio also promotes and celebrates the local community’s artistic and cultural identity while also introducing art and culture of others’ (Indian and International guests) back to the community. This intercultural exchange broadens everyone’s experiences and fosters art appreciation. Farm Studio International Artist Residency hosts artists from October to the end of February each year, with accommodations available for 3-8 residents at one time.

FotoFilmic is a Vancouver, Canada based arts organization created in 2012 and dedicated to supporting emerging photographic artists through exhibitions, publications, as well as seminars, public talks and master workshops

3-WEEK NATIONAL DEVISED THEATRE INTENSIVE at Ghost River Theatre 

Led by Ghost River Theatre Artistic Director Eric Rose, the National Devised Theatre Intensive is a 3-week, comprehensive, advanced program of study designed for established and emerging artists and educators drawn from the national community. Open to adventurous artists in all media (designers, dramaturg, performers, writers, dancers, visual artists, musicians, digital artists, etc.) the intensive explores the complexities and potentials of a guided, complete devised production process, from initial idea to public presentation, in 3 weeks of intensive hands-on-creation.

IUGTE is the non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 2000 by the group of experts in the field of social science, culture and art. The organization was established with the purpose of exploring the bridge between world theatre traditions and contemporary performing arts, developing international programmes, promoting multicultural dialogue, supporting the freedom of creative expression and tolerance through the acquaintance with the diversity of world traditions.

Forum Theatre Workshops for Artists, Educators, and Community Activators 

Mixed Company Theatre facilitates workshops and presentations of Forum Theatre - an UNESCO-recognized educational tool - to engage, educate and empower audiences in schools, communities, and workplaces. Forum Theatre is a community-focused, facilitated style of theatre designed to address social issues and inspire action for change. Periodically, MCT runs professional development workshops that teach participants techniques from our practice that are transferable to a wide range of community engagement and educational initiatives. Workshop participants receive the skills to become better facilitators, artists, community leaders, and more socially aware educators.

Neighbourhood Arts Network Mentor-In-Residence 

Neighbourhood Arts Network’s Mentor in Residence program assists artists with developing community arts practices by providing mentorship support in career planning, project development and entrepreneurial skills through virtual consultation sessions with industry professionals, and they’re hiring mentors! This is a paid opportunity. BIPOC, disabled and 2SLGBTQ+ mentors will be prioritized.

Toronto School of Puppetry 

Dedicated to building and strengthening puppetry culture through sharing techniques and skills, and by supporting the development of new work by emerging and established artists. For people from all walks of the arts who are interested in learning about and integrating puppetry into their artistic practice.
